Although I typically enjoy CF for pasta and bread with butter, I was treated to lunch today and had a burrito from The Cheesecake Factory. It was so nasty, I don’t know whether to be upset at my boyfriend for picking it or CF for offering it on the menu.The burrito had thick cut onions that were halfway cooked and cut into big squares. Super crunchy and gross. The burrito had yellow and red bell peppers that were also crunchy and half cooked. It was filled with white rice mostly with corn and poorly proportioned chicken. The black beans on the side tasted okay besides the hard pieces of beans. And I didn’t even touch the guacamole or lettuce.You guys should be ashamed of that burrito. Disgusting...Better off getting a $5 burrito from a taco truck.

I was in LA for Grammy week Jan 2020 and my good friend Sophie took me to The Cheesecake Factory at The Grove. We ended up meeting with UK Rapper Big Tobz and his entourage and had a really nice lunch and the portions were huge and very filling! I had the Burrito and it was so tasty! I had no room left for cheesecake though! Friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us! Defo cheesecake next time :)

I have to admit I absolutely loved the Cheese Cake Factory back in NC but here it seems it's all show with poor service on the side.The place wasn't really crowded but with a few handful of open seats it still took 20-25 minutes to have us seated. In addition, you couldn't get a refill to save your life.The food was fine but you just should not have to struggle to get decent service.I will note that the bartender was phenomenal. Since we began by sitting there waiting for our seats she was attentive and kept our drinks going even the non-alcoholic ones. At one point I was so sick of waiting on our server I got up walked to the bar and she refilled my sprite.So while not entirely bad if you are looking for a quite bar it's a nightmare if you going out to enjoy a quite dinner with quality service.

Waited over an hour... and don't you know that after we waited for nearly another hour our food was under cooked and COLD.Normally LOVE the Cheesecake Factory, and plan on going to the one in Palm Desert tonight, but this location was out of control, and no quality, except for the dessert, which they don't actually make there. This is the Cheesecake Factory in The Grove, Los Angeles 👎.

Located on 1st floor of the building. Always crowded but take away for cakes were brief. Miss their cakes, though they are always too sweet!

We love the Cheesecake Factory. It was a favorite date night location when we lived in Kansas. But this location did not live up to the high standards we have come to expect from this chain. The restaurant was crowded and the seating did not lend itself to the comfortable semi-privacy we had experienced at other locations. We ordered the Chicken Madeira, one of our favorites, and it was overcooked and tough. I'm not likely to revisit this location in the future.

I enjoy the service here and all my food taste great, except for my steak. Although I asked for it to be well well done, it wasn't. The server took it back and it was still raw and chewy.

Great place to eat! Very busy, but worth the wait. The waiter was awesome, and our food was on point! Downside, it takes awhile, so eat a snack before going!

As usual food is excellent, large portions great customer service.Men's restroom needs more attention though. Ate on Saturday afternoon, so expect a 30min wait time when crowded.

We ate dinner at this place on July 20, 2019 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It’s a nice place for a perfect date night. It was crowded when we got here. So, we waited like 30 minutes to get our call. The overall ambience of this place was comforting and nice. We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and Louisiana Chicken Pasta. The food was good as usual. The service was excellent. The lady who served us was polite, friendly and cooperative. We really appreciate her service.

My boyfriend and i came here for my birthday lunch. The staff was great but we waited about an hour and a half just to get our food and by the time we got it we weren't hungry anymore. We ordered our appetizers and they brought us the wrong dish and we had to wait another 30 minutes for our sliders. We had to cancel it because it took so long and we still wanted to order our main dish. They brought us the correct sliders anyways and it was on the house! They were delicious and we appreciated it.

No thanks. Service is terrible here especially at this location. I’m not sure who they hire but the team itself is always a mess and never get attentive service. No thanks cheesecake factory I’ll spend my $80 meal somewhere else for better service and quick attention.

Food is good. Large portions service was great. My only gripe is parking all though Cheesecake Factory will validate parking (up to 2 hours) finding an actual park takes too much time. In addition, the restroom was too small only 2 stalls for 🚺 and it was clean. Not ok.

We came here on a weekend.Very long wait but we were patient. We finally got seated. Our server was nice but seemed very busy. We ordered drinks right away. Our bread came but our drinks or even water took forever.We finally ordered. I had a burger, never tried one at Cheesecake Factory. I regret my choice. the burger was very over done and underseasoned. The burger had a large bun but it did not compliment the burger at all. Overall just very disappointing.Parking at the Grove was VERY VERY expensive even with the validation.

The food is delicious and there is so much to choose from!! Although we had to wait for a table as it is a very popular place, we didn't have to wait too long. The staff are very friendly and the wait for food is not unreasonable. I would recommend this place and I will be returning.

The food was ok but expensive. They do have the impossible burger but the burger and the fries were a total of $17; I get a better tasting impossible burger with fries and a drink for half the price at Carl's Jr. but I guess you pay for eating in a restaurant. The server was very nice though

High quality and delicious food, as always at The Cheesecake Factory. We always love to come to this restaurant, no matter where in the world we are. Never dissapoints. There's also some options for vegans, including the Impossible Burger and salads, from which the Vegan Cobb Salad is quite good and filling, much more than just "a salad". One star less because it would be nice to have even more vegan options to choose from. And how about a vegan cheesecake?

LARGE portions (as with all restaurants from this chain), attentive service, efficient business model IMO. I just feel there should be a standard agreement on what "medium-rare" means., since for me it's pink on the inside with some jiuce, while for the waiter and the chef it seems it was basically medium well. OVerall great experience though. Very courteous and we'll be back.

The salmon belly sandwich was SOOOO good! The place is a bit small, but we didn't have to wait when we came on a Friday night. It was a really nice date spot for my boyfriend and I. The service was great and the food was bomb, definitely check out this place if you're looking for some good places to eat at in LA!

Hey everyone be careful when order to delivery yesterday my daughter order food and we never receiv the food just a picture off 2 bag hanging on the gate out side the building 😕 take about 1 minute for as to walk down cause we live at second floor no food , no body was there we all the time order food and always the delivery was at the Apt. Door we unfortunately have not a video camera at this place 😣😣 this is what I think probably the same person to make delivery take it 😂 I not mad cause probably he or she was sooo hangry and we only have a picture 😕

The angel noodle is full of tomatoes. If you’re someone who would like to enjoy tomato, don’t miss out on this dish! But my favorite is the strawberry cheesecake, love it so much!! The restaurant has a mysterious and chill atmosphere, though it’s popular so you must wait for a short time, but it’s absolutely worth the wait.

Extremely disappointed in this place. One of my favourite places to go to and was turned off from this visit. Ordered the spicy cashew chicken and asked for the chicken well done. Food came out and chicken was not well done and rice was cold and soggy. They sent it back to the kitchen... came out very quickly few minutes later and looked like they just heated it in the microwave.. chicken was still not well done and rice was soggy. My husband ate his food and they still made his pay for his food in the end even though I never got to eat. I left hungry and very disappointed... also my husbands pasta he ordered barely had any sauce on it... they should have not had us pay for anything in the end considering I walked out hungry with nothing to eat... SHAME ON THIS RESTAURANT.. They also put whipped cream on my cheesecake and I do not like whipped cream. They should have asked. Would not recommend this location TO ANY ONE!!!!!

Wait wasn't as long as predicted. Great service! Waiter was very attentive and courteous! Food never disappoints! So many choices! Large portions! Had to bring home the rest. Too full for their famous desert. Always look forward to the Cheesecake Factory when at The Grove in Los Angeles! Yes, it's a large tourist attraction, but the booths are large and private so you aren't bothered but the masses of people. Highly recommended. Definitely bring your appetite!!

Impressive customer service. Their hospitality, and food service are so professional. Not only the service, but their foods are also delicious. Popular foods include Miso Salmon, Chicken and Mushroom, Avocado Eggs Roll, Spicy Chipotle Pasta, etc.

Service was good and the waiting staff were friendly and polite. Had to wait to get a table but given a pager so we could wait outside. Inside is dark and felt a claustrophobic! Many booths rather than open tables but it was fine. Best seats in my opinion are outside on the balcony, sit there if you can :)

4 of us visited this Cheesecake Factory location and had the worst customer experience ever. After taking our order, our waitress, Keisha, forgot to put in two of the meals and part of the drinks. Then she went on break. When our food came, we were two meals down and one drink. Michael, the relief waiter, tried very hard to rectify the problem, but the remaining portions of our meal still came out a long time after the original meals. The manager, Nissa, apologize for our horrible experience and comped us for two desserts, which turned out to be put on the bill. I have eaten at a dozen different Cheesecake Factory locations and have never had a bad experience. This location's customer service is horrible! and I am one very dissatisfied customer!

Waiting list set a time I hoped would be matched. Fine time with friends in a busy and appealing setting. Big tick for the cheeseburger spring rolls and pasta very yummy with large serves. Recommended!

Biggest menu you'll ever see, and portion sizes are huge. I recommend only ordering 1 dish to share!! We had the chicken schnitzel on a pesto pasta and it was super tasty but we couldn't finish it. Service is good and the food is TASTY and filling. The cheesecake flavour options are RIDICULOUS- SO MANY to chose from, we went with the hazelnut/caramel? and it was so dense and sweet- LOVED it but again, we couldn't finish it!

Lively atmosphere....very very busy but food came within reasonable time. Food always consistent. Waitstaff works hard and is attentive. Could have cleaned the table more often as we had guests coming and going for 6 hours.

You'll love the food, the dessert, and the full bar. Extremely packed on weekends as expected. Nice balcony views from upstairs outside dining. Yes they validate the parking structure but this parking garage is still a big expense that you'll have to consider if you're visiting for longer than a couple of hours.

Great service, very quick and food is always delicious. Bar is first come first serve so don’t wait at the hostess check in downstairs until you check if anything is open upstairs. The egg roll sampler is great, as well as the Mac & Cheese bites.

I believe Elizabeth was our waitress she's a Super STAR the BEST waitress l have ever had! & look @ how many people she had to deal with, l will be there on the days she's there & request her section what ever her plans our l will follow you we're ever you go! I wonder what what she's studying she looks like a Super Star thank you so much l truly appreciate all the love you put into our service I had the best time ever hanging out with my Best friends every one enjoyed their food.
